Introducing, using, disposing, releasing, spilling, or transporting any hazardous materials is prohibited within the UH management areas, other than fuel or lubricants contained within a licensed motorized vehicle or as otherwise used in the ordinary course of lawful activities in a manner sanctioned by law and compliant with all applicable legal requirements.
