Section 20-26-22 - Preservation of propertyThe following activities are prohibited within the UH management areas:
(1) Entering, occupying, or using any building, structure, facility, motorized vehicle, machine, equipment, or tool without permission from its owner or the university;(2) Removing, damaging, disturbing, defacing, or attempting to remove, damage, disturb or deface any building, structure, facility, motorized vehicle, machine, equipment, or tool without permission from its owner or the university; or(3) Entering and remaining within any portion of the UH management areas developed or used by the university for educational or research purposes, after being asked to leave the area by an authorized agent or law enforcement officer.
