Section 20-1.1-26 - Declaratory ruling on board's own motion or upon request

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this subchapter, the board may, on its own motion or upon request, but without notice or hearing, issue a written declaratory order to terminate a controversy or to remove uncertainty.
