Street name signs for all streets within a subdivision shall be installed by the subdivider coincident with the construction of street improvements and utilities to serve the subdivision or made a part of the contract for subdivision improvements. The type and location of street name signs are subject to approval of the executive officer and shall conform to standard specifications imposed by the City.
