The development plan for the Aloha Tower project area is subject to amendment as provided therein. These Aloha Tower project area rules may be modified or amended in the same manner as they were promulgated, or through such other procedure as may be authorized by the corporation's rules of practice and procedure or by applicable law. All such changes shall be subject to approval by the corporation's board.
