A moped certificate of inspection, as designated and approved by the director, shall be completed by the moped inspector for each moped inspected. If the moped passes the inspection, a sticker shall be affixed to the rear of the moped. The electronic forms contractor shall maintain electronic records of inspection activities of each station.
