Section 19-133.5-2 - Purpose The purpose of this chapter is to establish:
(1) Minimum criteria relating to suspension or revocation of an official inspection station permit or a certified vehicle inspector's certification;(2) Minimum fines and periods of suspension or revocation for various infractions; and(3) Hearing practices and procedures for aggrieved persons.Haw.
