Section 19-129-32 - Penalties

Penalties for violation of this chapter shall be as set forth in § 286-8, Hawaii Revised Statutes. Any person violating this chapter shall also be subject to revocation of any permits issued to him under § 264-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
