Section 19-128-7 - Post-crash redesign, shifting, or removal of traffic control devices

The highways division and each county agency shall establish procedures for the redesign of, the shifting of, and the removal of traffic control devices within their respective jurisdictions where high crash incidence may be attributable to the design or placement of the traffic control devices.
