Section 19-127.1-28 - Repair of fences, rails, etc

Damaged fences, guardrails, and other barriers on highways, streets, and roads should be repaired immediately after they are reported if their condition is hazardous to traffic. If their condition is not hazardous to traffic, they should be repaired as soon as is practicable.
