Section 19-122.5-2 - Purpose The purpose of this chapter is to:
(1) Implement the requirements of section 286-240, HRS relating to disqualification of driving privileges of the holder of a commercial driver's license or permit; and(2) Establish hearing practices and procedures for aggrieved persons.Haw. Code R. § 19-122.5-2
