Section 19-122-311 - Verification of lawful status nonrefundable fees(a) The examiner of drivers shall charge a nonrefundable flat one dollar fee to applicants who require a verification of lawful status.(b) The fees collected shall become state realizations and be deposited into the state highway fund.Haw.
