Section 19-122-300 - Purpose

The purposes of subchapter 7 are to establish procedures and minimum standards relating to the application and issuance of a Hawaii driver's license or permit in compliance with sections 286-104, 286-106, and 286-110, HRS; and to provide standards, procedures, and exceptions for the issuance or renewal of a driver's license or permit.
