Section 19-122-25 - Application for physical disability waiver

A driver may apply for a physical disability waiver (see DOT MVSO Library web site) if the driver:

(1) Operates exclusively in intrastate commerce; and

(2) Has failed to meet the physical requirements of 49 CFR 391.41(b)(1) or (2).
