Wharfage rates in dollars per unit shall be assessed as set forth in the exhibit, dated July 1, 2018, entitled "WHARFAGE RATES (July 1, 2018)", located at the end of this chapter; the exhibit as it may be amended, is incorporated herein, and is hereby made a part of this section. When new wharfage rates are set at a future date by rule amendment, an updated exhibit will be incorporated to supersede the exhibit dated July 1, 2018. Incremental increases shall be assessed as set forth in section 19-44-73."
