Section 19-44-34 - Mooring fees for small craft assigned temporary moorings or occupying moorings without permission(a) Small craft assigned a berth for a period of thirty days or less shall not make the security deposit required by section 19-44-32; but in lieu thereof, they shall pay the fees prescribed in subsection (d) and charges in advance.(b) Temporary mooring permits may not be renewed. However, visiting and other small craft may be issued another temporary permit if space is available, and shall continue to pay the fees and charges as prescribed in subsection (d) and charges in advance.(c) The mooring fees for small craft assigned a berth for thirty days or less, or for a small craft moored in a harbor for any period without permission or contrary to directions of the department in violation of section 19-42-1 shall be as prescribed in subsection (d).(d) Fees for small craft assigned temporary moorings or occupying moorings without permission shall be as follows: Length of vessel overall in feet | | |
