Section 19-43-26 - Parking prohibitions

No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway, wharf, apron, or area within the state commercial harbor facility:

(1) For the purposes of parking, washing, polishing, greasing, or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency;

(2) For the purpose of displaying such vehicle for sale; or

(3) In contradiction with officially posted traffic signs.
