Section 19-43-9 - Admittance into cargo storage areas

No vehicle shall be admitted upon any wharf or in other area used for the storage of cargo except for the purpose of delivering or picking up cargo unless the owner thereof or the owner's authorized agent shall have been granted a permit by the harbor master.
