No motor vehicle shall be operated or parked at a state commercial harbor facility unless such vehicle is currently licensed and registered by the appropriate governmental agency and has the requisite evidence of a valid and current safety inspection.
No motor vehicle shall be operated, used or parked at a state commercial harbor facility unless such motor vehicle is insured at all times under a no fault policy which provides the coverage required by chapter 294, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
