Section 19-42-38 - Period of validity of use permit

Regular mooring permits shall be issued for a period not to exceed one year. Temporary mooring permits shall be issued for the period stated in the permit but not to exceed thirty days. Commercial and miscellaneous permits shall be valid for the period of time indicated by the department at the date of issuance. Permits shall automatically terminate at their expiration dates. Permittees may initiate action to renew these permits, except that temporary mooring permits are not renewable.
