Section 19-42-6 - Vessel arrival and departure schedules

The master agent or owners of a vessel, other than small craft, arriving at or departing from the harbors under the jurisdiction of the department, including but not limited to Honolulu, Kewalo, Barbers Point, Kaumalapau (if applicable), Kaunakakai, Hilo, Kawaihae, Kahului, Nawiliwili, or Port Allen harbors shall provide to the harbor master as soon as practicable all information necessary to effectively plan for vessel arrival and departure scheduling purposes. The information shall include, but not be limited to the hour of expected arrival and also that of expected departure, as well as the type and tonnage of cargo to be loaded and off-loaded. In case of a change in arrival or departure time, the harbor master shall be notified immediately.
