No person shall display any sign that extends more than six inches above the roof, hood, or trunk of any motor vehicle used to provide ground transportation at public airports. Flashing lights and audible devices, other than that required by safety ordinances and regulations are prohibited. The display of any rates or fees on motor vehicles is also prohibited.
