Section 19-20.1-52 - Statement of contracted services

The permittee shall provide to the department upon request a statement certified by the serviced airline that a contract for porter services presently exists. This chapter shall become a part of all such contracts so that contracting parties are aware of the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the permittee.
