Section 19-20.1-35 - Fees

Except for the concessionaries and airline lessees authorized to provide in-flight catering services at public airports, any person providing in-flight catering services in or at public airports shall, in consideration of using state airport facilities for conducting business, pay to the department the following fees:

(1) An annual administrative expense fee of $100 in advance of providing in-flight catering services at a public airport; and

(2) A percentage fee equal to three and one-half per cent of its monthly gross receipts derived from in-flight catering services at public airports.
