Section 19-20.1-25 - Definition

Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, as used in this chapter:

"Commercial photography" means the taking of still or motion pictures of persons and things by a person for

(1) sale for a monetary or any other valuable consideration, or

(2) for any other commercial purpose.
