Section 19-20.1-22 - Fees Any person providing baggage pickup and delivery services in or at a public airport shall, in consideration of using state airport facilities for conducting business, pay to the department the following fees:
(1) For each public airport at which baggage pickup and delivery services are provided, an annual administrative expense fee of $100.(2) A percentage fee equal to three and one-half percent of the monthly gross receipts derived by the permittee, from or in connection with providing baggage pickup and delivery services in or at any public airport. The permittee's gross receipts shall include all consideration or compensation, of any kind or nature whatsoever, paid by passengers, customers and clients to the permittee or to any person who is employed by or has a working arrangement with the permittee for providing baggage pickup and delivery services.(3) An annual identification badge fee of $5 per badge.(4) An annual registration fee of $50 for each vehicle in excess of five vehicles registered by a permittee at a public airport for baggage pickup and delivery services.
