Section 19-15.1-7 - Commercial vehicles and other vehicles for hire

No commercial vehicle or other vehicle for hire shall be operated, loaded, or unloaded except at areas specifically designated for such purposes by the director. No persons shall operate or cause to be operated any vehicle upon the roadways of a public airport for the purpose of engaging in commercial activities at a public airport without the appropriate and applicable airport business permits.
