Applications for airport motor vehicle operator's permits or for decals or permits which authorize the use of motor vehicles in the operational area may be obtained at each respective district office of the department located at Honolulu International Airport, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819; Hilo International Airport, Hilo, Hawaii 96720; Kona International Airport at Keahole, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740; Kahului Airport, Kahului, Hawaii 96732; or Lihue Airport, Lihue, Hawaii 96766. The director may prescribe fees to cover the cost of processing any permit.
