The director may designate specific areas for airport delivery or service vehicle parking. Airport delivery or service vehicle parking shall be limited to individuals, companies, or organizations which provide recognised servicing or deliveries to authorized airport concessionaires or tenants. The director may prescribe fees to cover the cost of processing and administering permits and to establish requirements for insurance or service activities at any public airport.
