Haw. Code R. § 19-14-4.1

Section 19-14-4.1 - Fees

Any person requiring a badge under this chapter shall pay the following fees:

(1) An annual badge fee of $10 per badge.

(2) A $50 fee for replacing a lost badge.

(3) A $50 fee for not promptly returning a badge when the person is no longer authorized to wear the badge due to termination of employment at the public airport or when requested by the director.
