Based on the authority's findings set forth in section 22, the authority is renewing and extending Hawaii Public Housing Authority Emergency Rules Relating to COVID-19 Emergency, adopted August 4, 2020, and filed with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on August 20, 2020, for an additional 120 days after September 9, 2020.
