Section HPHA-RS-26 - Closing the special statewide waiting list(a) The authority, at its discretion, may restrict or refuse acceptance of applications to the special statewide waiting list, when it determines that it is unable to assist applicants on the waiting list within a reasonable period of time.(b) The authority shall publicly announce any closure and reopening of the application process for this special program by posting a notice on its website or in publication in a newspaper of general circulation.Haw.
