Section HPHA-RS-8 - Payments to provider agencies(a) The authority may make or contract to make payments to a provider agency qualified under section HPHA-RS-7.(b) Funds received shall be used for rent supplement payments under HPHA-RS-31. The authority may reserve an amount of funds for the administration of the program by the authority or provider agencies.(c) Payments to provider agencies may be made in advance by the authority on a monthly basis to ensure timely payments on behalf of program participants.(d) Requests for payments shall be in the form prescribed by the authority. The request for payment shall, at a minimum, include a list of program participants, pending applicants, and computation of the amount requested.
