Section 17-2040-74 - Transfers(a) A family may terminate its lease with the landlord at any time after the first twelve months as provided by the lease and gives notice of lease termination to the owner or landlord. The family shall provide a copy of the notice of lease termination to the authority.(b) The authority shall deny permission to move if:(1) There are insufficient program funds for continued assistance;(2) The participant has violated a family obligation listed on the voucher;(3) The participant owes the authority money; or(4) The participant has moved or has been issued a voucher within the last twelve months.Haw.
