Section 17-2040-71 - Inspections(a) The authority shall biennially inspect or cause to be inspected each dwelling unit leased to a participant of the program utilizing inspection standards required by HUD, except as provided in section § 17-2040-42.(b) The authority may conduct special inspections upon written notification by the participant or owner or landlord that the unit does not meet housing quality standards or based on information from third parties such as neighbors or public officials.Haw.
