Section 17-2036-63 - Termination of participation(a) The authority shall terminate a family's participation in the Program when: (1) The family fails to comply with the continued assistance requirements set forth in section 17-2036-35 or(2) The family is dispossessed from the home pursuant to a judgment or order of foreclosure on any mortgage securing debt to purchase the property or any refinancing of such debt.Haw.
