Section 17-2033-42 - Rent supplement agreement - tenants(a) The head(s) of household of a tenant household shall execute a rent supplement agreement, used by the authority prior to participating in the program. The form shall include, but not be limited to, an acknowledgment of an agreement between the tenant and the authority, the rent and amount of supplemental assistance and the participant's and authority, responsibilities.(b) The rent supplement agreement between the authority and tenant shall set forth the conditions of participation in the program.Haw.
