Section 17-2033-26 - Closing the waiting list(a) The authority, at its discretion, may restrict or refuse acceptance of applications to the waiting list, when it determines that it is unable to assist applicants on the waiting list within a reasonable period of time.(b) The authority shall publicly announce any closure and reopening of the application process.Haw.
