Section 17-2033-24 - Removal from waiting list An applicant shall be removed from the waiting list for one of the following reasons:
(1) The applicant requests that the applicant's name be removed;(2) The applicant fails to notify the authority of the applicant's continued interest for housing at least once every twelve months;(3) The applicant no longer meets the eligibility criteria set forth in section 17-2033-13;(4) The applicant fails to respond to the authority's reasonable efforts such as correspondence to the last known address to contact them;(5) The applicant fails without good cause to keep a scheduled interview or to provide requested information necessary to determine eligibility; or(6) An applicant who has misrepresented material information or has willfully withheld important information from the authority shall be removed from the waiting list for twelve months.Haw.
