Staff shall prepare the agenda for the meetings of the resident advisory board, as directed by the chairperson. The agenda shall include items related to the authority's public housing agency plan and recommendations of the resident advisory board. The agenda should not include matters that are personal in nature, related to a specific tenant's housing status or not governed by the author!tv's public housing agency plan.
