Where the authority chooses to convert public housing projects to Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Section 8 Project Based Voucher (PBV) the provisions of this section and its subsections will apply. In the event of a conflict between applicable RAD notices and guidance issued by HUD and the following provisions, applicable RAD notices and guidance apply. When future notices or amendments are issued by HUD and create a conflict, the authority shall amend its rules to comply with the new HUD requirements.
