Section 17-2031-64 - Transfers(a) A family may terminate its lease with the landlord at any time after the first twelve months as provided by the rental agreement with the landlord and shall provide a copy of the notice to the authority.(b) The authority shall deny permission to move if:(1) There are insufficient program funds for continued assistance;(2) The participant has violated a family obligation listed on the voucher;(3) The participant owes the authority money; or(4) The participant has moved or has been issued a voucher within the last twelve months.Haw.
