Section 17-2031-61 - Inspections(a) The authority shall annually inspect each dwelling unit leased to a participant of the program utilizing inspection standards required by HUD.(b) The authority may conduct special inspections upon written notification by the participant or owner that the dwelling unit does not meet housing quality standards or based on information from third parties such as neighbors or public officials.Haw.
