Section 17-2031-52 - Contract rents(a) The contract rent for a dwelling unit in the program shall be determined on a case-by-case basis. The approved rent shall be reasonable in comparison to rent for other comparable unassisted dwelling units in the housing market.(b) Contract rents may be adjusted at each annual anniversary date of the HAP contract at the request of the owner.Haw.
