Section 17-2030-24 - Default(a) A person who has received a notice of cause fails to appear at a hearing after being duly notified may be found in default, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit B, at the end of the chapter, entitled "Default", dated NOV 1 5 2004.(b) For good cause shown, the facility Operator or hearings officer may set aside an entry of default.
