Section 17-2029-5 - Disqualification of member of corporation, executive director, or hearings officer

No matter shall be heard by a member of the corporation, by the executive director, or by a hearings officer who:

(1) Has any pecuniary interest in the matter being heard; or
(2) Is related within the third degree by blood or marriage to any party to the proceeding.
