Section 17-2028-74 - Selection(a) Families will be selected without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, familial status, or national origin.(b) Families will be selected by date of receipt of the family self-sufficiency application.(c) In the event there are more applicants than family self-sufficiency allocations available, the authority shall conduct a lottery to determine placement on the waiting list.(d) Initially, up to twenty-five tenants may be selected to participate in the family self-sufficiency program.Haw.
