An applicant may be denied admission to a housing project if the applicant has submitted false information, withheld information, or made willful misstatements. A tenant who does the same may be denied continued eligibility and have the rental agreement terminated. A live-in aide may be denied approval by the authority or a live-in aide agreement may be terminated if the live-in aide has submitted false information, withheld information, or made willful misstatements.
