Section 17-2026-74 - House rules

(a) The facility Operator shall provide a copy of the house rules for a homeless facility to each participant of the homeless facility at the time a participant commences occupancy in the homeless facility.

(b) The house rules shall include, if applicable, but not be limited to the following:

(1) Uses of the common areas;

(2) Visitor or guest policies;

(3) Prohibited participant conduct;

(4) Responsibility of participants regarding members of family;

(5) Unit inspections;

(6) Facility and common area safety;

(7) Pet policy; and

(8) Facility sanitation.

(c) A copy of the house rules shall be filed with the director of commerce and consumer affairs.
