Section 17-2026-70 - Eligible activities

(a) A facility Operator may use stipend program funds for one or more of the following costs:

(1) Personnel costs;

(2) Operating costs;

(3) Client costs; and

(4) Administrative costs, not to exceed fifteen per cent of facility Operator's stipend contract.

(b) The corporation may prioritize and limit any eligible activities and related costs identified in subsection (a).

(c) Adequate verification of eligible activities and their related costs shall be documented by the Provider agency.
